It is the total responsibility of the driver to ensure that the correct medical examination is booked for the specific Licence they hold. Fit 2 Drive Medicals LTD will accept no responsibility or be held liable for consequential loss if the incorrect medical is booked for your Licence.

In the unfortunate circumstance where you may have to cancel an appointment we will refund full payment if notified more than 3 working days (Monday-Friday) prior to your appointments. There will be a £5 administration charge.

Cancellations or re-scheduling of an appointment made less than 3 working days (Monday-Friday) will result in no refund being issued.

If you fail to bring the correct items to the medical assessment the doctor will not be able to complete the D4/Medical Form and no refund will be issued.

In the unlikely event that Fit 2 Drive Medicals is unable to provide a medical that is already booked our liability will be limited to only issuing you the driver a full refund. We will not be held responsible or liable for any consequential loss.

Please ensure before you have left the premises of your medical examination that the D4 Medical form has been fully completed by the doctor. If you are unsure please contact Head Office immediately and we will make contact with the doctor. Failure to do this may result in your medical form being sent back by the relevant Licensing Authority or the DVLA. Fit 2 Drive Medicals will accept no responsibility or be held liable for any consequential loss.

If you require a motorsport medical please note the fee is £60 without an ECG. If you do not specify this before your booking Fit 2 Drive will accept no responsibility or be held liable for any consequential loss. We have limited locations carrying out ECGs. If you require an ECG please contact our Head Office to discuss before booking the medical.

The doctors at Fit 2 Drive Medicals do not decide whether you pass or fail your examination. Doctors are purely instructed to carry out these examinations for the relevant Licensing Authority that ultimately makes the decision based on the provided information from the medical examination.

In the unfortunate circumstances you fail your medical upon submitting it to the relevant Licensing Authority Fit 2 Drive Medicals will accept no responsibility or be held liable for any consequential loss. If you are instructed by the Licensing Authority to attend another medical the fee will be the standard fee.

It is the clients responsibility to check their booking confirmation email as Fit 2 Drive Medicals LTD is not liable for any errors made within the booking process. If you notice an error with your booking please contact us immediately.

Please note that if you cancel your appointment within our three working day cancellation policy due to track and trace or a positive Covid 19 test, we will require proof of this in order to re-schedule the appointment free of charge.

Fit 2 Drive Medicals advise you post your completed medical form ‘recorded delivery’ as we are not liable for lost forms within the postal system. Completion of a new form with a doctor may incur a cost.

Business users only:

Please be aware if a driver attends without his/her Order Number and we are unable to identify them with our records, the medical will not be carried out and our Cancellation Policy will be implemented.

Fit 2 Drive medicals is a paperless company, we cannot provide any documentation to clients unless via email. It is the clients responsibility to attend all appointments made with Fit 2 Drive Medicals with the necessary paperwork. Failure to do so may result in your medical not going ahead.
